I have been to Turkey on an amazing Winter-All-Inclusive deal: 250 EUR / week… Can’t really do anything wrong by booking this!
A little bit of luxury and sparkly umbrella drinks – not many other tourists and you get the full attention of the bar keepers! We had wine and beers during the day and fancy cocktails in the evenings! Didn’t even have to tip much to receive a first class service, since we were the only customers.
Of course there was much more to do besides drinking.. Like visiting the old town of Antalya. It’s a pretty place with nice tea and kebap shops, cute cobble stoned streets and an old harbour.
…or going on a trip to Pamukkale. In Turkish that means “Cotton Castle” – and it’s exactly what it looks like. It consists of terraces made of travertine, a form of limestone, deposited by waters from hot springs.
Not only trips or sights but there are amazing things to see or explore everywhere when you are in a foreign country – markets, spices, different foods and drinks. Sunsets, architecture, animals…
